Frequently asked questions

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 4–12 days. Shipping is free. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll sort it out.

What is your return policy?

30-day returns: You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. This extends the 14-day statutory withdrawal period under Czech and EU law. Just let us know through our Contact page and send the product back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds: We refund the full price, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with. We may hold the refund until the product arrives back or you show us proof of shipping. Please return the product complete; you are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to try it out.

Warranty: Every product comes with the statutory 24-month warranty for defects. If something is wrong with your FrostStrip, contact us and we will settle your claim within 30 days, by repair, replacement or refund. For accepted claims, we cover the shipping costs.

How do I use it?

1. Charge it first with the included USB cable. The light is red while charging and turns green when it's full (about 4–5 hours). One charge lasts up to 60 minutes of use.

2. Switch it on with the power button.

3. Place it flat on the iced glass and slowly glide it across. FrostStrip does the work, so there's no need to press hard, even on thick ice.

4. Switch it off when you're done and recharge it at home when the battery runs low. Tip: start your engine and defroster a minute before for an even faster result.

Is it safe for my car?

Yes. The scraping edge is made of a special plastic without fiberglass, so it won't scratch your windshield, windows or mirrors. For the best result, brush off any sand or grit first, because trapped dirt can scratch any surface, and use FrostStrip on glass only, not on paint, wraps or plastic trim.
